Pay One Fee And Get Year-Round Help

Some folks have told us that they want someone to call year round that they can rely on and trust to get stuff done around the house.  That’s why we came up with this annual plan.  You pay one annual fee, one time, or in four installments, to receive help as the seasons change.

As part of this service, Lansing Handyman will complete one Annual Inspection, One Spring Inspection, One Fall Inspection and Eight hours of service throughout the year for miscellaneous reports.  

Described below are the details of these services.

The Annual Inspection Includes:

General

• Functionality of Doors
• Light Bulbs to Replace
• Misc Repairs Noted
• Provide Written Recommendations

The Fall Checklist:

• Inspect/Change Furnace Filters (standard filters provided)
• Uncover AC Unit
• Adjust/tighten Exterior Doors
• Get Out Patio Furniture
• Get Out Hoses & Check Spigots
• Inspect/Clean Gutters/Downspouts
• Replace outdoor bulbs if needed
• Uncover whole house fans
• Inspect areas that need caulk

Change Smoke Alarm Batteries

PLUS: Eight hours of Service–throughout the year.

The eight hours can be used in any combination, for things that come up that need attention.  The hours can be used in any combination on different days throughout the year.

If you have a simple repair project, call Lansing Handyman Service today.  We will tell you the rate and schedule a time for the work to be done during the initial call.  Or, if the project requires a tech to first review your situation, we will schedule a time for him to come by and evaluate what you’ve got.
